- 4 pitas
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 c blueberry or strawberry Greek yogurt
- 2 c blueberries
- 1-2 c granola
- Honey, optional
Evenly spread almond butter over two pieces of pita bread. Evenly spread Greek yogurt over remaining two pieces of pita bread. Top each piece of pita with a mixture of granola and blueberries. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
For a fun, kid-friendly spread, supply children with all the ingredients and allow them to design their own blank pita bread canvas.
