
Ingredients
- ¼ cup lemon curd
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- Juice from ½ meyer lemon
- 1-2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar, to taste
- Pinch of salt

Directions
In a mixing bowl, vigorously whisk lemon curd with mascarpone cheese. Slowly drizzle in lemon juice. Add confectioner’s sugar and salt to taste.
Store up to one week in an air tight container.
