
Ingredients
- ½ c firmly packed flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- ½ c additional fresh herbs of choice (dill, chives, tarragon, mint, thyme, oregano), finely chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic, finely grated
- zest from 1 lemon
- ½ c Cobram Estate 100% California Select extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 filets wild fish, 5-7 ounces each

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the herbs, garlic, lemon zest and Cobram Estate Olive Oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add fish to the bowl and coat filets well.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Add marinated fish filets to the air fryer basket skin side down and spoon remaining herb marinade on top of the filets.
Cook for 8-12 minutes until the internal temperature of the fish reads 145°F.
Serve immediately.
